Prerequisites for Using xa999

• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, it will be restored from the last saved state recorded on our servers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xa999 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any form of hacking.

• Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users.

Xa999 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Prolonged inactivity on your account (more than 12 months).
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• If the user requests account closure.

If a valid balance exists prior to account closure and no Terms have been violated, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw through the standard process. However, if the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance will be forfeited.

Xa999 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to your gaming experience caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals due to technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Account security compromised due to user negligence or password sharing.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
